Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. It usually takes about a week to 10 days for an order to get shipped and delivered to you. Since we also offer various colour and sizing options, a personalised/customised order typically takes 10-12 business days.

Maya Jewel House does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. If you are dissatisfied with your item, you may exchange it one time for an item of equal or greater value. Please note that jewelry items can only be exchanged for other jewelry. To initiate an exchange, contact us by phone or email at care@mayajewelhouse.com, and we will provide you with instructions.

Please note: All returns should be properly packed in the same way as it was sent to you. The package contents should be properly covered and taped. Any package that is not properly covered and taped will not be considered eligible for returns and exchanges.

We’re sorry to hear that you received an empty box. While this occurrence is rare, it can happen due to tampering during delivery. If you find yourself in this situation, please do not accept the parcel. Instead, contact us immediately at care@mayajewelhouse.com with images and videos of the box, along with your order number.

Cleaning your Maya jewelry is simple and can be done at home. To prevent tarnishing of any plating, avoid contact with face creams, lotions, and household chemicals. We recommend using a lint-free cloth to gently wipe your pieces clean from time to time. Taking these steps will help keep your jewelry looking beautiful for years to come.

No, we do not ship worldwide. We offer free shipping across India. For orders outside of India, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact our team at care@mayajewelhouse.com for details on the exact shipping costs for your country.

Most of our orders are air-shipped – so you don’t have to worry about timely delivery. But if you still require expedited shipping for some reason, let us know and we will try our best to dispatch the order as
early as possible.
